Monday’s Met Gala was canceled amid the pandemic  and despite it being one of the most fashionable events of the year, not everyone loves -- or is allowed -- to attend.

Demi Lovato is one of them. She confessed that she had the worst experience at the 2016 Met Gala as one celebrity was miserable to be around. She was apparently extremely uncomfortable criticized attendees as fake and materialistic.

After attending the Met Gala with girlfriend Gigi Hadid in 2016, Zayn Malik told sources two years later, "Now, it's not something I would go to. I'd rather be sitting at my house, doing something productive, than dressing up in really expensive clothes and being photographed on a red carpet."

Amy Schumer is another celeb on the the list of celebs that despise attending the Met Gala. "I don't like it," Amy told sources about attending in 2016. She added the whole experience felt "like punishment,"

Lena Dunham, Tina Fey, Tim Gunn are few other ceebs that hate attending the Met Gala. Speaking with Schumer, Lena said, "You and I were literally sitting across from each other at the Met Ball, and it was like a crazy countdown to when we could escape."

Gwyneth Paltrow also said "I'm never going again. It was so un-fun. It was boiling. It was too crowded. I did not enjoy it at all. I'm never going again,"

According to these celebs, we stand corrected when we thought THE MET GALA was one of the most amazing events out there.
