Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, looked almost unrecognizable without his signature peroxide buzzed blond hair and clean shaven face.

What do his fans think?

His followers even seemed to approve of his new look, saying: “Loving the unshaven Em xx,” one fan commented, while another added: “So cute with the beard.”

A rare appearance for the rapper

Eminem showed off the new look while attending HBO’s « The Defiant Ones » premiere at Paramount Studios on June 22, 2017 in Los Angeles, California.  The Defiant Ones is a four-part documentary about Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine’s partnership, and also includes Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani and Bruce Springsteen.
