A new track of Britney Spears took over the airwaves, last weekend when songwriter Michelle Bell gave a glimpse of the history of Britney Spears. She leaked her electro song, “Take Off” which captures the essence of her 2003, ‘In the Zone’ hit, “Toxic”. Back in 2014, Belle announced at an interview that she’ll be working with Britney Spears on a new song. Belle compared the lyrics of the track to Michael Jackson’s “Black or White”.

The songwriter also stated that she was fighting to have her voice heard through the album. The track is said to be ahead of its time and it features production by Bloodshy & Avant, the duo that produced “Toxic”. The message in this song could be followed after Lady Gaga’s “Born this way” & Kesha’s “We are who we are” which were also anthems ahead of their time.

The leaked track had Britney Spears singing over an electronic beat that, “They say get ready for the revolution, I think it’s time we found some sorta solution”. The lyrics of “Take Off” gives a glimpse of the mind of Spears.
