It looks like Christmas came early for the paps.

A year after promising free Yeezy Boosts to members of the paparazzi, Kanye West delivers. A source reports that ‘Ye recently sent pairs of his highly-sought-after adidas kicks to a few freelance cameramen.

In November, he made his original promise. “One day,” he said, “I’ma be able to give you all Yeezys…Next year.”

One photographer, Jack Arshakyan, showed off his new kicks on Instagram and thanked Mr. and Mrs. West. “Thx to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West for hooking me and my fellow papz up with Yeezy boost 350,” he wrote.

Yeezus has been playing nice with the paparazzi of late. In February, he broke up a fight between two videographers and in April, he even caught a ride from a cameraman.

But Kanye and the paparazzi have had a love-hate relationship. In fact, Mr. West pled no contest to misdemeanor battery in 2014 after an altercation with a paparazzo. His record was eventually cleared in the case.
