It: Welcome to Derry is a forthcoming supernatural horror prequel series set to premiere on October 26, 2025. Developed by Andy and Barbara Muschietti alongside Jason Fuchs, it expands on the mythology of Stephen King’s It by exploring Derry, Maine in 1962 a family moves into town just as a child mysteriously vanishes, triggering a series of chilling events. Bill Skarsgård returns as Pennywise, joining an ensemble cast including Taylour Paige, Jovan Adepo, Chris Chalk, James Remar, Madeleine Stowe, and more.The show is intended as a nine-episode first season, with plans for additional seasons set in other years to dig deeper into Pennywise’s past and Derry’s dark history.
