Katy Perry has been granted a permanent restraining order against 43-year-old Ross Elliott Hedrick, who allegedly showed up uninvited at her Santa Barbara home multiple times. The Firework singer filed for protection in June after Hedrick, reportedly homeless, was arrested once but returned days later. Security footage captured him carrying an aerosol can and lighter, and later throwing a blanket over Perry’s gate. The court has now ordered Hedrick to stay 100 yards away from Katy, her ex-partner Orlando Bloom, and their property. The restraining order comes amid Katy and Orlando’s recent split announcement.
