Lewis Capaldi is back—and feeling stronger than ever. The 28-year-old singer shared a heartfelt health update, revealing he’s off antidepressants and feeling the best he has in years. His return to the Glastonbury stage came two years after an emotional breakdown at the same festival forced him into hiatus.

Capaldi’s new single Survive shot to No.1, and he’s now offering fans 734 hours of free therapy through BetterHelp.

“I’m doing much better,” he said. “Glastonbury was closure.”

Lewis also announced a limited UK/Europe tour, saying: “Second time’s a charm!”
