Jensen Ackles is ready for his daughter to see him in action — literally.

The Supernatural alum revealed that Countdown, his new crime drama, will be the first time his 12-year-old daughter, Justice Jay, can truly watch him at work. “She’s fired up to see it,” Ackles mentioned at the show’s premiere on June 18 in West Hollywood.

The 47-year-old actor, who shares Justice and 8-year-old twins Zeppelin and Arrow with wife Danneel Harris Ackles, says most of his previous roles haven’t been kid-friendly. “There’s not a lot they can watch yet,” he said. “But they know. Trust me. They know.”

Now, with Countdown, she finally gets to cheer him on from the couch — not just the red carpet.
