The acquisition includes $800 million in cash and stock, with an additional $200 million tied to the brand’s future growth. Hailey will stay on as Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation, continuing to shape Rhode’s vision. Since launching in 2022, Rhode has grown rapidly, and Hailey says the partnership with e.l.f. will help bring the brand to a global audience. She called the move an “incredibly exciting” new chapter.
