Megan Thee Stallion has denied reports claiming she’s been banned from future Met Galas after breaking the no-phone policy at this year’s event. The rapper sparked speculation when she posted an Instagram video from inside the Met Gala, featuring herself, Doechii, and Angel Reese sampling the food.
“Hottie Cam in thee MET GALA,” she captioned the clip, which quickly went viral. Rumors then swirled that Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour might blacklist Megan from attending in 2026.
But Megan shut down the chatter in a new interview with People, saying, “No. We’re gonna dead these rumours right now, OK?... No, I didn’t, babe. That’s not true.”
She added confidently, “Anna loves me, babe. That’s why my phone was out.”
The star turned heads on the red carpet in a stunning custom Michael Kors gown, inspired by icons Josephine Baker and Eartha Kitt, perfectly fitting the “Tailored for You” theme.
