The rapper, now legally known as Ye, bristled at Piers’ introduction, objecting to being called “West,” and immediately clashed with the host over recent controversial social media posts.

As the conversation turned toward Ye’s erratic online behavior and massive X following, the rapper accused Piers of undermining his legacy and comparing him to music legends like John Lennon and Michael Jackson. Tensions escalated quickly, and Ye removed his microphone and walked off.

Piers later shared a photo from the brief exchange on X, calling Ye “a sniveling little coward” and “a big baby.” The interview, meant to address Ye’s antisemitic remarks and controversies, derailed before it began.

Influencer Sneako stayed behind to defend Ye but refused to answer for his inflammatory comments.
