The behind-the-scenes drama on It Ends With Us continues to unfold, as storyboard artist Talia Spencer has spoken out, claiming Blake Lively attempted to "take advantage" of director Justin Baldoni’s kindness to gain creative control over the film.

Speaking on 60 Minutes Australia on April 13, Spencer described Baldoni as “kind and respectful,” but said Lively may have seen his kindness as weakness. “I think she tried to take power,” she stated, adding that Justin’s original vision was “massively compromised.”

This latest revelation comes amid a legal battle involving Lively, Baldoni, and his producing partner Jamey Heath. Lively has accused the duo of harassment and retaliation, while Baldoni alleges Lively used her influence—including a "veiled threat" regarding Taylor Swift’s music—to force creative changes.

With two competing edits of the film allegedly made, the case is headed to trial in March 2026. Reps for Lively have not commented.
