Kim Kardashian is reportedly contemplating altering her custody agreement with ex-husband Kanye West following his release of a song featuring their daughter, North West, without her approval. According to a source, Kim is considering seeking legal action to strip Kanye of joint legal custody. Although physical custody isn't an issue, with Kanye rarely seeing their children, the decision-making regarding them has sparked tension. After Kanye released the track "Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine," despite agreeing not to, Kim requested an emergency hearing with a judge. The conflict stems from Kanye's actions, including sharing a text exchange where he threatened legal action if Kim didn’t amend their legal papers. Kim’s priority remains her children’s safety and well-being amidst Kanye’s controversial behavior.
