Julia Haart has won a major divorce victory, gaining control of the business she ran with her ex-husband, Silvio Scaglia, as well as their $65 million apartment and nearly $10 million in cash. The couple, who ran Elite World Models and La Perla together, have been in a contentious court battle since Haart filed for divorce in 2022. Haart claimed Scaglia gave her half of Freedom Holding, which owns the company and apartment, in exchange for running the firm as CEO. However, Scaglia later argued she owned only a fraction of the company and accused her of stealing money from a bank account and taking a company Bentley. Haart celebrated the outcome, saying, "justice was served."
