T’Challa’s death occurred off-screen in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, allowing room for different narrative possibilities, such as a faked death or a multiverse version of the hero. While a Black Panther 3 has yet to be officially announced, it would be unusual for Black Panther to be excluded from future Avengers films. If T’Challa is recast, questions may arise about Shuri’s role as the new Black Panther.
