The clip is from season two, episode 5, where Maddy (Alexia Demie) asks Zendaya's character Rue about witnessing two characters kiss. Maddy asks, “Rue, when was this?” and Rue responds, “Right after New Year’s.” The tweet hints at a connection between Rue's moment and Zendaya’s possible engagement around New Year’s Day.
