Lady Gaga is set to release a companion album for *Joker: Folie à Deux*, titled *Harlequin*, on September 27, 2024. The 13-track album will feature a mix of original songs and covers from the film, including renditions of "Oh, When the Saints."  Gaga, who stars as Harley Quinn alongside Joaquin Phoenix in the psychological thriller, has been teasing the project on social media with cryptic posts like, “I’m ready for my interview.” She revealed that she composed a waltz for the movie and worked closely with live piano player Alex Smith during her scenes. Gaga’s portrayal of Quinn includes moments where her character sings with a childlike voice, reflecting her character’s immaturity. Though *Joker: Folie à Deux* incorporates musical elements, Gaga emphasized that the film is "very different" from a traditional musical, using music to enhance character expression beyond dialogue.
