Justin Timberlake has reached a plea deal following his June DWI arrest in New York, which surprised many fans. The 43-year-old singer was stopped by police in Sag Harbor on 18 June for driving while intoxicated. The young officer, unaware of his identity, pulled Timberlake over for running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane. Initially charged with DWI, Timberlake’s legal team negotiated a plea deal, downgrading the charge to a traffic violation. According to TMZ, the judge approved the agreement, allowing Timberlake to plead guilty to Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI). He could still face a fine of up to $500. During the arrest, Timberlake was seen in footage complaining about the impact on his "World Tour," to which the officer responded with confusion. Timberlake is currently on his *Forget Tomorrow World Tour*, which runs until June 2025.
