BLACKPINK's Jennie has officially signed a solo deal with Columbia Records, partnering with her own label, ODDATELIER. The 28-year-old singer plans to release a new solo single next month following the group’s decision not to continue their solo contracts with YG Entertainment. This year, Jennie collaborated on "SPOT!" with ZICO and "Slow Motion" with Matt Champion. Meanwhile, her bandmate Lisa reassured fans that BLACKPINK will remain active as a group, despite their individual pursuits. Lisa has launched her own artist management firm, LLOUD, and is preparing to release a solo album. Additionally, Rosé signed with The Black Label in June, and Jisoo established her own company, Blissoo. Although the members didn’t renew their solo contracts with YG, they remain signed with the agency as a group. YG Entertainment expressed excitement for BLACKPINK's future as they continue to represent K-pop on the global stage.
