Tuesday, 27 August 2024
Joe Jonas, 35, looks back on his 2011 solo debut *Fastlife* as he gears up to release his second solo album, *Music for People Who Believe in Love*. Despite his massive success with The Jonas Brothers, his first solo effort only peaked at number 15 in the U.S. and 99 in the U.K., with singles "See No More" and "Just in Love" underperforming on the charts. Speaking to Billboard, Jonas shared that he still has affection for those songs, even though they feel like the work of a different person. His upcoming album, set to release on October 18th, is expected to be deeply personal, with lyrics reflecting his recent life changes, including his divorce from actress Sophie Turner. Jonas explained that during this turbulent time, he turned to music as an outlet for self-discovery and coping with the pressures of the music industry.
