Tameer Peak, who says he was a loyal fan for 15 years, is suing the 41-year-old rapper for reputational damage, emotional distress, and financial loss. According to *TMZ*, the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges that Minaj publicly ridiculed Peak, including an incident in 2017 where she allegedly invited him to her hotel only to embarrass him on Instagram Live in front of 100,000 viewers.

Peak also claims Minaj mistreated him during a 2020 Super Bowl event and singled him out during a Stationhead session on X (formerly Twitter), making comments that implied he was mentally unstable and receiving welfare support. Last year, Minaj advised her fans not to harass others on her behalf, emphasizing that she doesn't condone such behavior.
