Adele has been hitting the gym hard to get in shape for her upcoming Munich residency. The Grammy winner starts her 10-date run at the custom-built Munich Messe stadium on Friday, August 2, 2024. Speaking at one of her recent 'Weekends with Adele' Las Vegas shows, Adele joked about her intense workouts, saying, "My a**e is getting rock solid! I can move mountains with my bum. I have been working out like a crazy person." She explained that the massive stage requires her to be in top physical condition, doing two or three workout sessions a day.

After wrapping up her Vegas residency in November, the 36-year-old plans to take a break and spend quality time with her partner, sports agent Rich Paul, and her 11-year-old son, Angelo. Adele told German outlet ZDF, "I don’t have any plans for new music, at all. I want a big break and to do other creative things for a while."
