Kylian Mbappé was officially unveiled as a Real Madrid player in a grand presentation at the Bernabéu Stadium. The 25-year-old French star signed a five-year contract after leaving Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer. Mbappé, who had been preparing for this move by learning Spanish, expressed his excitement and gratitude during the event, saying it was a dream come true.
Mbappé was joined on stage by Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez, honorary president Pirri, and club legend Zinedine Zidane. Pérez praised Mbappé’s dedication and long-standing desire to join the club.
Mbappé also discussed his recovery from a broken nose suffered during Euro 2024, hoping to play in the UEFA Super Cup on August 14. His participation in Real Madrid’s U.S. tour later this month remains uncertain.
