Netflix's hit series "Wednesday" will see major changes in its second season, as confirmed by recent reports. The show, led by Jenna Ortega, will shift its focus towards horror over teen romance in the upcoming season. As a result, Percy Hynes White, who portrayed psychic student Xavier Thorpe, will not return as a regular character. This decision comes despite White's significant role in the first season and hints of continued involvement in the storyline. While there is no official confirmation, last year White faced controversy regarding sexual assault accusations, which he strongly refuted. Alongside White, Naomi J Ogawa, who played vampire student Yoko Tanaka, and Jamie McShane, portraying Sheriff Donovan Galpin, will also not return as series regulars. However, McShane will appear as a guest star. Conversely, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Luis Guzmán will have expanded roles, joined by Billie Piper.
