Zendaya has hinted at a possible return to the music industry during an interview on The Jennifer Hudson Show. The 27-year-old actress explained that while she loves music, the business aspect of the industry sometimes overshadowed the joy of creating music. Despite this, Zendaya teased that she might release new music in the future if the timing feels right. Previously, she released her self-titled debut album in 2013 but shifted her focus to acting shortly after. Zendaya also revealed that she almost declined an invitation to perform with Labrinth at Coachella last year due to stage fright, but eventually agreed, realizing she couldn't avoid performing live forever. She has collaborated with Labrinth on tracks for the Euphoria soundtrack and appeared on The Greatest Showman soundtrack with songs like "Rewrite the Stars."
