Kim Mathers, Eminem's ex-wife, is making another move this year. She left her big six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion, a gift from Eminem, and downsized to a smaller place. The reason for the move is her need for a single-level home following a car accident in 2015. Kim's teenage son Parker and her other kids, Alaina, Hailie Jade, and Stevie Laine, chose a four-bedroom house in Macomb for her.

Kim had previously taken a loan of £500,000 from Eminem's company, Shady Games Inc, to buy her current home. However, less than six months after moving in, she's relocating to a smaller one-story house with three bathrooms and five bedrooms, providing enough space for her older children when they visit. This new place also offers more privacy, with high side gates and a secluded backyard described as an "outdoor oasis."
