In fact, Vick Hope once humorously mentioned how Calvin Harris asked her out (and she turned him down) in the early 2000s, long before they eventually started dating more than 15 years later.

Vick Hope expressed her desire to maintain secrecy around this aspect of their lives, stating, "You know what, I was very overwhelmed by the interest in it, but I'm keeping my private life private. I've never really experienced this before about my private life, but it's just for us."

She was incredibly determined and dedicated to her goals. She explained, "I was so determined. I’d read about Cambridge University, and my teachers said it was a risk and told me to go to another uni, but I’m very hardworking. My school didn’t offer the subjects I needed, so I taught myself Spanish in adult education classes to pass my A-level exam. The same goes for further maths, which I taught myself in a year."

She added, "I wanted to distinguish myself from other students who had attended prestigious schools like Eton. I had a strong will, and my parents instilled the value of hard work in me. That's how you succeed—nothing is handed to you."
