Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson brought a heartwarming surprise to a young fan, Luna Perrone, who is courageously battling cancer for the third time. Luna, who is 12 years old, has been fighting Ewing's sarcoma since she was 9.

In an Instagram post, Johnson expressed his admiration for Luna, calling her his biggest fan and stating that he's honored to be hers too, even though they had never met in person. Luna's ongoing battle with cancer recently took a difficult turn as it spread, and she was unaware of the surprise Johnson had in store for her.

Johnson told Luna's family to inform her that he was arranging a lunch for them at his favorite hotel but apologized for not being able to attend in person. However, he had a plan to make the surprise extra special. He played the role of a waiter, bringing Luna the food she had ordered.
