Selena Gomez caused a stir among her fans on Tuesday with a sassy video that many believed was directed at her ex, Justin Bieber.

When the male voice in the video said, 'It's over, I told my wife,' Selena mouthed the words, 'Who is this?'

Although the video was meant to promote her upcoming song release, titled "Single Soon," her fans quickly speculated that it held a message for Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey Bieber. Some of the comments included: 'She's hinting about Justin and his wife's divorce rumors'; 'Did Justin recently call you?'; 'I can imagine Justin's reaction and Hailey reading these comments! Hi Hailey'; 'Did Justin say something like that?'; 'Sorry Bieber, it's too late [sic].'

Selena, who wrote in the caption, 'Single Soon this Friday!,' looked stunning in an orange strapless top and large gold earrings.

She has been actively promoting her new single, which marks her return to music after her last release, "Revelación," in 2021.
