Singers being targeted on stage has sadly become a common thing nowadays. Artists like Babe Rexha, Pink, and Cardi B have all been hit by stuff thrown at them during their performances. Recently, even Drake had a close call at a concert in San Francisco, California.
You know how Drake's known for catching things thrown at him? Well, this time he narrowly dodged a book that was aimed at him. And guess what? It was his own poetry book called "Ruin Everything: A Stream of Consciousness."
In a video that's gone viral, you can see Drake walking and singing on stage when he suddenly snags the flying book like a pro. He then calls out the person who threw it and gives them a serious heads-up. He said, "You're lucky I'm quick, or I'd have to give you a piece of my mind if that hit me."
This isn't the first time Drake's had to deal with rowdy fans. He had a phone thrown at him during the first night of his "It's A Blur" tour.
