Madonna has resumed her Celebration tour after a recent hospitalization due to a serious illness. Despite still being in the recovery phase, the 64-year-old pop icon is putting in the effort to get back into rehearsals.
The singer of "Vogue" was rushed to the hospital when she was found unwell at her New York home. She had contracted a severe bacterial infection, which led to her needing intensive care. Madonna announced her comeback plans through an Instagram statement, mentioning that she aims to reschedule the North American leg of the tour and kick off in Europe in October. She expressed her gratitude for the care and support she received from her fans.
Madonna has made arrangements to use venues in both London and New York for her shows. A source shared that she's determined to return to rehearsals, even though she's still on the path to recovery.
