Rita Ora recently shared her experience of working with her husband, Taika Waititi, on her latest music video.
During an appearance on the Australian TV show The Project, the 32-year-old singer discussed the making of the music video for her new song "Praising You," which was directed by Waititi.
Rita explained that their collaboration began as a creative discussion, and when she asked if he could direct it, he agreed, making the process feel natural and effortless. She emphasized the ease of working with someone she is so comfortable with, describing it as "easier."
She expressed how working with Waititi pushes her and inspires her, citing his influence as the director of Jojo Rabbit.
In the music video, Rita is seen performing a routine with backup dancers in front of renowned DJ Fatboy Slim. She commended her 47-year-old husband for his creative contribution, noting that they aimed for a fun and lighthearted video, reminiscent of the original "Praise You" concept—a spontaneous dance party.
Rita is currently in Australia filming the upcoming season of The Voice.
