Miley Cyrus is reportedly refusing to return her engagement ring to Liam Hemsworth.

The couple officially broke up a month ago, but Miley still has the $100,000 diamond, reports Star magazine.

Liam gave her the 3.5-carat cushion cut Neil Lane when he proposed to her in May 2012.

But Miley allegedly won't give it back to him because she's afraid he will give the ring to another girl. The 20-year-old doesn't want to keep it as a reminder of their failed romance, but she is reportedly considering putting it up for auction.

The 20-year-old admitted her new album Bangerz documents the breakup she went through with Liam, although she wasn't aware of that when she was writing it.
