The man behind the genius of all your favorite movies is bringing a tiny man with a huge ego to a big screen near you.
Steven Spielberg peaking about a huge project he’s mounting on for HBO at Berlinale 2023 (The Berlin International Film Festival), the E.T. & Jurassic Park director revealed that he is turning “Stanley Kubrick’s Napoleon: The Greatest Movie Never Made” into a seven-part limited series for the giant Television Broadcast Machine.
Kubrick who produced mega boxoffice cash cows like The Shinning & 2001: A Space Odessy wrote “Stanley Kubrick’s Napoleon: The Greatest Movie Never Made” as an ode to all the movies that never made it to the premier date.
This include his biographical film on Napoleon Bonaparte the French military commander who made it his mission to take over the world but gloriously failed and met his tragic death at Waterloo in 1821.
Now two decades later Spielberg is taking over captaining the project and say he’s looking forward to it.
