TIME Magazine has rounded up their person(s) of the year for 2022!

In December of each year, Time magazine reveals their choice for Person of the Year. In the weeks leading up to the grand unveiling the magazine reveals their Top 10 contenders, all whom have an equal chance of being the highly converted title holder.

Most years the shortlist consist of somewhat controversial characters that get people talking. Variating from political figures to religious leaders, for example a lot of people were left very angry back in 2016 after Ex-President of the United States Donald Trump was named TIME’s Person of the Year.

This year is not that different, the list in no particular order consists of:
* Ron DeSantis, Governor of Florida.
* Janet Yellen, the first woman in United States history to become the Secretary of the Treasury.
* Xi JinPing, President of The People’s Republic of China
* Gun Safety Advocates
* Protesters in Iran
* MacKenzie Scott - Ex-Wife of Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos
* Volodymyr Zelenskyy - President of Ukraine
* Liz Cheney - Activist.
* Elon Musk - Business Magnate, CEO of SpaceX, CEO of Tesla and new owner of Twitter and Richest Man in the world according to Forbes.
* United States Supreme Court.
