Biopic have become a house-hold norm in the last few years after the roaring success of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody.
Since then we have seen the lives of Elton John, David Bowie, Marilyn Monroe and Elvis turned into award winning movies,
but one theme seems to be shared amongst these movies, they all portray the lives of  once loved veteran musicians and actors. 

Now it looks like the younger generation of celebrities are demanding to have their lives celebrated through the big screen too.

Starting off with the dawgg himself, Mr. Snoop says he’s been wanting to make a movie of his life for a while
but hadn’t found the right director and producer to “marry” the act together,
Snoop announced last week that he has since found the perfect duo and a biopic is in the works! 

Next up is vocal powerhouse and the “voice of a generation” Christina Aguilera!
The tell-all movie directed by Ting Poo (Val) will focus on the life of the superstar as an 
"artist, mother, and entertainer as she reflects on her multi-decade career fighting for creative freedom and gender equality”
and will show fans never-before-seen-footage of her life and career. 

The movie is already 18-months deep in the works and director Poo says
“Christina Aguilera is one of the most iconic artists of our time, whose music has inspired millions of people around the world,”
continuing with “I am truly honoured to tell the story of the person behind the music because I know it will equally inspire.”
