Nearly two years after the actual proposal comes the revelation, through an episode of Hulu’s The Kardashian that Tristan Thompson did in fact propose to Khloe Kardashian and she ended up rejecting it.

Turns out Khloe wasn’t at a place where she felt secure & settled enough in her relationship with Thompson to accept his big question. She reveals to Kim during a sisterly chat that “I need to make sure this is a totally different relationship because I wanna be proud to say I’m engaged to anyone,” she then continues with “And that’s why I said, ‘I’m not comfortable accepting this right now because I’m not excited to tell my family.”
