The 45-year-old American rapper and record producer recently opened up about how his song catalogue has been put on the market. It turns out the people on his “camp” has gone "quietly and intermittently" and had his catalogue appraised to see just how much the Stronger rapper’s music is worth, which was an estimated $175million.

But Kanye has now come out to share how all of this was done behind his back and he’s completely clueless about the happening.  He reveals "Just like Taylor Swift... my publishing is being put up for my sale without my knowledge... Not for sale."

Although ‘Ye’ compared his situation to his notorious on-screen nemesis Taylor Swift, it is not exactly the same. While Kanye owns all of his music, Taylor actually doesn’t. She tried buying the Masters of the six of her albums back in 2019 from her record producers “Big Machine Records” which was being bought by Scooter Braun, before the deal closed.
