For anyone who hasn’t dabbled into the world of the Martha and Ecowifes, the Handmaid’s Tale is a book-to-screen adaptation of Margaret Atwood’s 1985 novel of dystopian, totalitarian almost post-apocalyptic America and the harsh realities of many what ifs.

The story follows Offred (formally known as June Osborne) who is the Handmaid assigned to the home of the Gileadan Commander Fred Waterford and his wife Serena Joy.
