"I'M IMMENSELY PROUD OF THOSE DAYS" SAYS LOUIS TOMLINSON SHUTTING DOWN AUSTRALIAN JOURNALIST TRYING TO STIR-UP 1D DRAMA.

12 Years after one of the biggest boybands of our time debuted, they are just as big and sought after around the world. Even though the last time they performed together was back in Dec 2015 and the boys are off doing their own thing, One Direction is still a house hold name and Journalists just can’t seem to be able to get their names off their lips! Especially when it comes to drama, and creating rifts between the boys.
Last Wednesday Louis Tomlinson, the oldest member and unofficial "leader" of One Direction appeared on an Australian TV Show to promote his ongoing tour Down Under, where he was asked about Liam Payne’s recent headline-making comments about Zayn Malik and how he feel about it when he looks back on those days, to which he answered with "So the fishing's begun already. Yeah, I see what you're doing... I'm immensely proud, as I know Liam is, I'm immensely proud of those days, obviously. It was an incredible thing to do, especially to do at such a young age. Amazing memories, man, amazing memories."
Another of the hosts on the show asked him if it ever gets tiring answering questions about One Direction, "I'm more than happy to talk about it in every interview. It's something I'm immensely proud of... It's just when you mentioned the beef before, it sounded like you were ready to stir some(thing) up, that's all I'm saying." was his reply.
Perhaps it’s time for journalist and the media to stop putting pressure on the boys' relationships and
let them carry on doing what they’ve always loved, performing and having fun; together or
otherwise.
In the words of Louis, "You know what it would just be amazing to be remembered, you know like
a mom telling a daughter ‘the boyband of my time, One Direction, they just had fun and they’re just
normal guys but terrible, terrible dancers"
So maybe, just maybe that's how we should remember the boys and One Direction.
