is too far when questioning it? Because this is the backlash a reporter was faced with, when he
asked Venus about competing in Wimbledon just to spite her sister. Venus teamed up with Jamie
Murray and won the first round of the tournament and they were both asked by a reporter if they
are competing just to best their siblings; Venus to Serena and Jamie to her brother Andy Murray.
"Are you in it to win it or is it the first target to get past the third round where Serena and Andy
became a cropper?", "What kind of question is that?" "We're in it for a stroll" she sarcastically
responded the reporter. "Like, come on". The reporter disregarded Venus’ obvious distaste to his
question and followed with “Are you in it for the experience or are you going to go all the way?"
to that Venus clapped back with "Are you going to write a good article or just a half way decent
one?"
