On Saturday night, the 50-year-old actress attended the formal inauguration of Debbie Allen and Shonda Rhimes' performing arts center in Los Angeles, California.Pinkett Smith looked lovely in a gold strapless floor-length gown as she stood on the red carpet.

She flashed her brightest smile for the cameras, showing no signs of stress following her other half's outburst, which included comedian Chris Rock, when he made a joke about her short hair due to the hair loss disorder alopecia.

His actions sent shockwaves across the entertainment industry, and he was recently barred from attending the Academy Awards for the next ten years.On their big night, the mother-of-two appeared joyful and calm as she posed with Rhimes and Allen.She also had photos shot with Samuel L Jackson and his wife LaTanya Jackson during the occasion.She later shared a full-length image of her attire on social media.
