The video for Camila Cabello and Willow's collaboration "Psychofreak" is now out. Cabello released the video for the gloomy pop track "Famia" on Friday to promote the release of her third studio album, Familia (April 8).Cabello and Willow are trapped in a liminal environment with turquoise and green-painted walls, paneled office ceilings, and carpeted flooring in the video. The walls in the room begin to shift as Cabello considers her various fears and lack of connection with others. The singer is suddenly perched on the walls and ceiling, showing her inner agony.
"Sometimes I feel like a psychopath/ I'm trying to connect, but there's no Wi-Fi. Are you lying when you say you love me?/ Give me limes, and I'll give you lemonade/ The fantasy breaks apart if you blink/ The mansion in the hills is a house of cards/ Cabello sings in the chorus of the song, "Sorry, didn't intend to get so dark/ Maybe I'm an extraterrestrial, Earth is hard."
"Everybody says they miss the old me/ I been on this trip since I was 15/ I don't blame the ladies for how it went down, down," she sings in the second line of the song, referring to her 2016 separation from Fifth Harmony. In an April 7 interview with Reuters, Cabello confirmed the songs were about her leaving the group and stated she is in a "very good place" with the other members.
