BTS' JIMIN SHARES THAT HE'S 'RECOVERING WELL' FROM APPENDICITIS SURGERY & COVID-19!

BTS' Jimin is reassuring fans that he is well, days after undergoing emergency surgery.
After being diagnosed with acute appendicitis and COVID-19 over the weekend, the 26-year-old K-pop star released a statement on Wednesday stating that he is on the mend.
"I apologize for causing you concern," he said in a Weverse message translated by a fan. "However, I believe I will be able to be released shortly! I'm doing great and making sure to take care of myself by eating all three meals. Please wait a few moments. I'll be back on my feet as soon as possible!"
According to Reuters, Jimin, whose actual name is Park Ji-min, was admitted to the hospital on Sunday afternoon with acute stomach pain and underwent "successful" emergency surgery early Monday.
The singer and dancer also experienced a little sore throat and tested positive for COVID by PCR test while in the hospital, according to the statement.
