Following media rumors that she had been scheduled to participate at the event but had backed out, the 33-year-old popstar confirmed the news on Instagram.
"Hiya, so I'm so excited to report that I'm playing at the Brits next week!!" she said on Instagram.
"Oh, and Rich sends his love," Adele said, seemingly addressing rumors that she had parted up with her boyfriend, US sports agent Rich Paul.
It comes after the actress abruptly postponed her Las Vegas residency. Keith Urban, a Grammy-winning country performer, will take her place.
Her own performance at Caesars Palace was set to begin on January 21 and run through April 16.
She announced the concert was not ready in an emotional post on social media, saying it had been "totally ruined" by supply delays and coronavirus.
