'SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME' IS HIGHEST-GROSSING FILM OF 2021 (AND 2020) AFTER 3 DAYS!

With overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics (who gave the friendly neighborhood Spider-latest man's a 94 percent fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes) and audiences (who gave it a rare 'A+' grade from CinemaScore), No Way Home became the first film to gross more than $100 million domestically since the pandemic began (the closest was Venom: Let There Be Carnage's $90 million in October). The PG-13-rated film's $253 million three-day North American gross came from 4,336 cinemas, with a per-screen average of $58,348. It collected an additional $334.2 million from 60 international markets, with the United Kingdom accounting for $41.4 million. More positive news from the international front: No Way Home is yet to be released in China, where Marvel films do exceptionally well.
