Shakira has elevated the social media dancing fad to new heights. The international star, in collaboration with NBC, will host a new dance challenge series called "Dancing with Myself."
"Dancing with Myself," a family-friendly competition inspired by Shakira's own passion for dance, strives to bring out the performer in everyone. Every week, a fresh group of dancers of all ages will participate in a variety of dance challenges devised by the show's famous creators, including Shakira.
Contestants are isolated in their own pods and have a limited amount of time to master the routines and add their own personal flair. They are then given the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience. Shakira and her team of judges provide commentary and support as the competition progresses, leaving the audience to decide who wins Best Dancer of the Night and takes home the $10,000 prize.
