The famed actor and producer, Tom Cruise, is known in Hollywood for a variety of things. From his daring attitude to stunt-work on set locations to having an unusual line of divorces. Recently, however, the Top Gun star had a different trick up his sleeve.

A helicopter carrying Cruise landed in a garden of a family living in Warwickshire. Due to the closing down of a local airport in Coventry, the Mission: Impossible lead, who is currently in the country filming said movie, landed on the property of one Alison Webb. 

She stated her family did not know Cruise was on the helicopter before the landing and was told that there was simply an unnamed “VIP who was running late”. 

Although Cruise was on his way to a meeting, he did not hesitate to compensate for the family's help and posed for pictures with them and even gave a free helicopter ride to the children of Webb and her partner. 

They said the experience was “surreal”.
