Willow Smith and her mom Jada Pinkett Smith have always been mother-daughter goals, and recently showed off photos of the two of them with shaved heads. Jada shared photos on Instagram of the two, claiming that Willow made her do it, but for Willow, it wasn’t just a haircut… It was a part of a performance – while she was playing guitar!

Willow hosted a Facebook Watch concert on the 16th of July to promote her new album, and after performing a few of her new songs, she performed one of her all-time hits, “Whip my Hair”. Contradicting to the song, during the performance, she whipped the clippers out and shaved her head!

The song was originally released in 2010 when Willow was just 9 years old! During her Facebook View show, she performed a slowed down, punk rock version of “Whip my Hair,” when a band member brought a stool for her, then and began shaving her head. “I’m always shaving my head at monumental times in my life when things are really changing,” she said. “And this is one of those moments.”
