Former NCIS star Zoe McLellan is now wanted for kidnapping after disappearing with her son, while in a custody battle with her ex-husband, Jean-Pierre Guy Gillain. He claims that McLellan vanished with their son, Sebastien and that he has not seen them since April 2019.

After Gillian reached out to the court for assistance, they considered McLellan “wanted”, and the charges were filed in May 2021, including the additional claims of “child custody deprivation and child stealing.”

The initial drama happened back in 2017 when Gillian claimed that McLellan was traveling with their 4-year-old son while working on the series Designated Survivor in Toronto. Gillian has also faced allegations in the past and was even behind bars for a short period. 

Gillian claims that the son is still missing and believes that he is still with his mother. McLellan has not been in any major acting roles since 2019, meaning she has virtually vanished.
